Webber's Post

Webber's Post is situated to the south of our farm on the shoulder of Dunkery Beacon, the highest point on Exmoor. It is a mixed woodland area including some coniferous logging country, providing a mix of excellent woodland trails and cantering tracks, wonderful views across Exmoor and a ride along the centenary sculpture trail, followed by a quiet riverside descent into East Water and Horner. Here we can stop for an ice cream or delicious Somerset Cream Tea! Usually we see highland cattle, red deer and Exmoor ponies. If conditions are good we can arrange a picnic ride to Webber's Post and this ride can be incorporated into a longer four hour ride.
